5 November 2024 | Titanic Hotel, Liverpool

Now in its 2nd year this exciting event will showcase and celebrate workforce innovation in local government.

Enter your innovative solutions to the workforce challenges facing councils today and demonstrate how they have made a difference to your organisation.

There are 12 categories for you to enter this year covering the breadth of the workforce challenges facing the local government sector.

Each category will be judged by our panel of esteemed judges who will come up with a shortlist.

In stage two, a maximum of 2 people from each shortlisted entry will present their entries to a panel of judges. For five categories this will take place in person at the event and for the remaining seven will happen virtually over Teams before the event.

Register here in seconds and enter by 21 June.

On 5 November in Liverpool we’ll have a packed morning of content including panel discussions, keynote speakers and the live judging of five categories. After a sit-down lunch the winners of all 12 categories will be announced and the best in workforce innovation will be celebrated.

LGC Workforce will demonstrate workplace best practice all in one place. We’ll find out about how the projects came together, who was involved, the challenges overcome and most importantly what the outcomes were and how they have made a difference for their authority.

For information on entering the awards please call Kieran on 020 3953 2019 or email him at Kieran.McDougall@emap.com. Don't forget, to enter you only have to tell us in up to 1,000 words why you should be a winner and you can enter as many categories as you like.
